Success. Middle aged man covers distance in just over 5 hours.  Read 'em weep. 

Pre-Fondo readiness

Sensations are good 20 hours prior to Fondo launch. Equipment responding well.

Race warm up at Altitude

Not only are Vitesse members Lampo Bianco and h2o sleeping at altitude 100 meters above the race start, they will be warming up their powerful muscles on this delightful mechanism. "It looks old but it can be very effective for something" mused Dr. DV. 

What it's all about

Obviously I chose Liberty Road on the way out and Turbo Drive for the return.
